10/10
Wakin’ up to a misty Mount Fuji from our room was jaw-droppin'. The staff really made us feel at home, bringin’ us warm tea when we arrived soaked from rain. Dinner was memorable too, tryin’ fresh sushi and that mini grill at our table!

The ambiance was incredibly traditional, and waking up to views of Mount Fuji and Lake Ashi was surreal. The hot baths were luxurious, providing a much-needed relaxation after a long day. However, the dinner reservation process felt confusing, and some amenities could have used clearer instructions, making it less ideal for first-time visitors. Additionally, the location was somewhat remote, limiting dining options unless planned in advance.

Waking up to the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from my room was just incredible, and I loved the free matcha coffee available in the lobby. The onsen was super relaxing, and trying out the karaoke room made for a fun night in! Just a heads up, the room above us was a bit noisy late at night, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. 🎤

We truly enjoyed our stay with stunning views of Mount Fuji from our room. Our little one loved the outdoor onsen experience, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and traditional. The food was brilliantly crafted, and my kids appreciated the flexible dinner times.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly breakfast options.
